Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If Escape Planner isn't right for you, we offer a simple, no-fuss refund.

7-Day Refund Window

You can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, no questions asked. This applies to both the monthly Escape Plan subscription and the Lifetime one-time purchase.

How to Request

Email info@escapeplanner.tech from the address on your account with the subject line “Refund request.” You don't need to explain why.

Processing

Refunds are issued through Polar to the original payment method. Most refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

After the 7-Day Window

After 7 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time from your dashboard to prevent the next renewal. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 7 days.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund request where we reasonably believe the account has been used fraudulently or in violation of our Terms of Service.
